Sharjah Film Platform will take place from 18 – 26 January 2019 across different venues and cinemas in Sharjah. The opening reception will take place on Friday, 18 January at 7:30 pm at Sharjah Art Foundation’s Al Mureijah Square, in courtyard 1+2. The programmes consist of a combination of short and feature length films that will be screened two times throughout the festival.
Sharjah Film Platform also includes a talks programme, which will run from 18 to 20 January 2019. The talks will start on Friday at 4:00 pm in Gallery 6 in Sharjah Art Foundation’s Al Mureijah Square. Throughout the festival there will also be various workshops taking place, which are free and open to the public.
